1. Provider and scope
These Terms govern use of aspirelinkboy.com and travel services by aspirelinkboy.com LLC, 45 Horodotska St, Lviv, 79007, Ukraine, contact@aspirelinkboy.com, +380 501 666 8934. Managing Director: Sara Fischer. Single tax payer; VAT optional. 2. Booking and contract
Bookings are offers; a contract forms on our written confirmation and required payment. You must be 18+ and provide accurate data. Prices, inclusions, dates and taxes are shown before payment. Consumer rights under the framework apply.
3. Changes, cancellation, refunds
Request changes or cancellation in writing. Fees depend on supplier terms and time before departure; we show them before booking. If we cancel due to force majeure or our fault, choose refund or alternative. Refunds to the original payment method within 14 days after agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Liability
We are liable for our services. We are not liable for third-party events, delays, lost documents or injury except where law provides. You need valid documents, insurance and local compliance. Liability is limited to the tour price where permitted by the framework.
5. Website, privacy, cookies
Content is owned or licensed; do not misuse the site. We process personal data under the framework. Non-essential cookies/tracking need prior informed consent under the framework; you can refuse or withdraw. Advertising is truthful and substantiated under the framework.
