Student Discount Policy

1. Eligibility

Open to persons aged 16 or over enrolled at an accredited secondary or higher education institution. Present a valid student card or enrolment certificate plus a photo ID, both valid on the date of use. One discounted booking per student; discounts are personal and non-transferable.

2. Verification

We confirm student status before applying the discount. You may be asked to upload a scan or show originals at check-in. Processing follows Law of Ukraine No. 4114-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 6 December 2024. If verification fails, the standard fare applies and the difference is payable before use.

3. Conditions and restrictions

• Discounts depend on availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
• Prices and discounts are stated clearly and are verifiable, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996.
• Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy and the pre-contract information required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015.
