Prices and availability

Prices, discounts and availability shown on the website are indicative and may change until a booking is confirmed. All advertising complies with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996: claims are truthful, substantiated and not misleading.

Travel insurance

You are responsible for adequate travel insurance covering medical costs, evacuation, cancellation, baggage and liability. Where we act as a tour agency or tour operator, our status and any financial guarantee or licence details are disclosed under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995.

Consumer rights and complaints

Nothing here limits your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023. You may complain to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
